Zhanali Daribayev was born on August 31, 1963 in the city of Kentau. He graduated from the Kazakh secondary school with a gold medal, Kazakh National Technical University named after Satpayeva graduated in 1985 with a degree in Metallurgy of non-ferrous metals and was qualified as a metallurgical engineer.

In 1998, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic “Electrochemical behavior of difficult-to-recover selenate ions on solid electrodes”, Candidate of Chemical Sciences.

Total work experience of 45 years, teaching experience of 31 years.

From 1985 to 2005, senior process engineer at the steel workshop of the Almaty Heavy Machinery Plant, senior foreman at the steel workshop of the Kentau Excavator Plant, researcher at the research center of the regional intersectoral association of the Kentau City Executive Committee, executive secretary of the Kentau city Society “Kazakh Tili”, researcher at the Kentau International Kazakh-Turkish University. H.A.Yasavi, Head of the Educational Laboratory, lecturer and Associate Professor of the Department of General Chemistry and Chemical Ecology, Scientific Secretary of the Scientific Research Institute” Ecology".

In 2005-2023, he worked at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Khoja Ahmed Yasawi as Dean of the Faculty of Ecology, Dean of the Faculty of Advanced Training, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Pedagogy, head of the Center for Strategic Development, Rating, Compliance Control and Quality.

Since 2023, he has been the Head of the Strategic Development Department of M.H.Dulaty Taraz University.
