From 2009 to 2012, he worked as a pedagogical psychologist at secondary school No. 54 in Taraz, Zhambyl region, in 2012-2014, lecturer at the Department of pedagogy and psychology, Zhambyl humanitarian and Technical University, in 2014-2017, Taraz innovative technical university, senior lecturer at the Department of pedagogy and psychology, 2017-2019 Taraz State Pedagogical University, senior lecturer at the Department of special pedagogy, since 2020, he has been working at the Department of special and I work as a senior lecturer at the Department of "social pedagogy".

He started his scientific and pedagogical activity in 2012 as a teacher of the Department of "pedagogy and psychology" of Zhambyl humanitarian and Technical University, and now works as a senior lecturer at the Department of "special and Social Pedagogy" of Taraz University named after M. H. Dulati. In accordance with the plans of the educational programs prepared by the department, it carries out such responsible work as compiling educational and working programs, preparing students for subject Olympiads, organizing educational and cognitive events, and goes through the path of continuous professional development.

As an experienced specialist, he conducts lectures, practical classes at the scientific and methodological level. Supervises the research work of students, takes an active part in public events. Work experience at the university is 14 years.

His scientific works are published in foreign and domestic publications, collections of international and national conferences. Professional development courses: "development of talents and leadership", "system of quality education", "modern technologies in the conditions of inclusive education", "training and psychological and pedagogical support of students with special educational needs", "social pedagogical diagnostics", "modern trends and trends in modern education", "inclusive competence of a teacher: a method of formation", etc. "I don't know," he said, " but I don't know what to say."
