From 2004 to 2005, he worked as a teacher of Kazakh language and literature at Parasat College in Taraz, from 2005 to 2014 as a teacher of Kazakh language at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H. A. Yasavi in Taraz, from 2014 to 2017 as the head and methodologist of the Sagi-Zharkyn kindergarten in Taraz.
Since 2017, he has worked as a lecturer at the Department of Psychology of the Taraz State Pedagogical Institute, and currently works as a senior lecturer at the Department of Special and Social Pedagogy of the M. H. Dulati Taraz University. The department follows the path of continuous professional development, performing responsible work on the preparation of educational programs in accordance with the curriculum plans, preparing students for the subject Olympiad, organizing educational and cognitive activities.
As an experienced specialist, he conducts lectures and practical exercises on a scientific and methodological level. Oversees the research work of students, takes an active part in social events. Work experience at the university is 18 years.
Scientific papers have been published in foreign and domestic publications, collections of international and national conferences.
