Since 1981, she started as a laboratory assistant at the Department of the MPRA of the Dzhambul Pedagogical Institute. From 1981 to 1986, he was the librarian of the Library of the Moscow State Medical University. From 1986 to 1995, he was a teacher at kindergartens No. 5 and No. 11 in the city of Dzhambul. 1996-2001 - teacher of the Russian language at the Kazakh secondary school No. 30 in Dzhambul. On December 20, 2001, pedagogical activity began at the University: 2001-2004 - lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy, senior lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education at the M.H.Dulati Taraz State University. 2004 - 2012 Senior lecturer, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of "Pedagogy and methods of primary education" TarGPI. In 2007, she defended her PhD thesis in the specialty -01/13/100 - "General pedagogy, history of pedagogy and education, ethnopedagogy" on the topic "Formation of the readiness of future teachers to work on drug addiction prevention of students" and received a PhD degree. 2011- 2013 - Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Preschool Education and UpbringingTarGPI. In 2011, she worked part-time at the Zhambyl branch of the RSCP "Orleu". Academic years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 – Head of the Department of Preschool Education and UpbringingTarGPI. Academic years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 - Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh and Russian Languages of the Kazakh National Agrarian University. Since 01.10.2017, he has been an associate professor at the Department of Special and Social Pedagogy of M.H.Dulati Taraz University. He holds the degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

 Member of the expert group of the Republican Center for Expertise of the content of Scientific and Practical Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2019.
