In 1984, he graduated from the Historical and Pedagogical Faculty of Shymkent Pedagogical Institute with a degree in history, social studies and educational work methodologist.

1984-1987 - History teacher at secondary school No. 39 in Taraz.

From 1987 to 1990, he worked as a teacher at the Abai Pedagogical College. From February 1990 to 2009, he was a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy, Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education of the Zhambyl Pedagogical Institute (TARGU named after M. H. Dulati, TarGPI), since 2000 - senior lecturer.

 In 2009, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on the specialty 130008 - theory and practice of vocational training on the topic "Development of the educational potential of future primary school teachers at the university."

Since September 2013, he was appointed head of the Department of "Special Pedagogy" and worked until 2018.

Since 2019, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Special Social Pedagogy.
