Started academic career in 2016 as Assistant at the Department of Social Pedagogy and Self-Knowledge, Taraz State Pedagogical Institute. Promoted to Lecturer in 2018, and since 2020 has been serving as Senior Lecturer at the Department of Special and Social Pedagogy, M.Kh. Dulati Taraz University.
