Since 2015, he has been working at the Department of Information Systems of Dulaty Taraz University.

From 2012 to 2015, he served as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information Systems of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

From 2010 to 2012, he held the position of Engineer at the Department of Information Systems of Dulaty Taraz State University.

In 2011 and 2015, he completed research internships at Novosibirsk State University.

In 2014, he undertook a research internship at the University of South Florida (USA).

In 2019, he completed a professional development course on MOOC development at the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO (Rome, Italy).

In 2024-2025, he was a Bolashak Fellowship – “Internships for 500 Scientists” awardee and completed a research and academic internship at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA) in Big Data Analytics and predictive analytics.

From 2017 to 2019, he served as the local coordinator of the LMPI Erasmus+ project.

His research interests include artificial intelligence, semantic analysis, big data, intelligent information systems, cybersecurity, social networks and information diffusion, as well as software and dictionary system architecture and optimization.
